Subject: [The Quest List] A Holiday Wish..

Reflection of family and tradition is of great importance to everyone,
like that of our warrior tradition. Over the last several months I have been
working to develop a closer relationship with myself and the closeness I
share within my own family both martial and parental. It is amazing to see
that through studing the warrior arts of the ninja how more sincere
everything appears whether in the dojo, or outside of it, and how the lessons
I have learned over my years of training have helped me to understand the
needs of my family and those of the families around me. It is also sometimes
shocking to see how as a people in western society " we ", take for granted
the deeper spiritual meanings behind our " traditions ", and what our
forefathers did in order to celebrate all they had.

I challenge everyone to look within and see the closeness of your own
family and of yourself during this holiday season and reflect on humilty and
of developing a greater sense of family unity. To take hold of those things
that are meaningful an scared to your family and cherish each moment. In
all, once the time has come and gone, what will you have left? What will
reside in you to pass on to your future family? Happy holidays to everyone
and your family !!!
