Chris,
Well I trust that you had a wonderful and happy New Year. I for one look
forward to the year 2000, I have many endeavors and changes that are about
to take place in my life. I personally would love to see more information
covered on Kumogakure Ryu Ninpo and one that you left off Takagi Yoshin Ryu
Jutaijutsu. I am fascinated in both of these families teachings, from a
historic an modern viewpoint. I have only experienced a small portion of
Takagi Yoshin Ryu, and unless I was not aware of the family orgin of a
particular lesson, seen Kumogakure Ryu Ninpo, although I think that Mr.
Hayes or a senior instructor to him may have shown some at a prior festival
or special weekend training...unclear....
Anyway, as I understand it Hatsumi-soke will be covering a great deal at
this years TaiKai in Atlanta. Three ryu-ha that are to be covered are
Gyokushin Ryu Ninjutsu, Gikan ryu Koppojutsu, Koto Ryu Koppojutsu. So I
further feel that for anyone that might attend TaiKai this year in support
of Mr. Hayes efforts in furthering Toshindo study up on there experiences if
any in this three ryu, or inquire with your Quest Center instructors. Well
there is my two cents worth...
Sincerely,
Taylor " Yurei " Rennolds
