Not too may lightbulbs going off in my head, but what can this list do to
help me when absent from training for a period of time? IE, what
exercizes, or practices, or "cheat sheets", can I refer to in order to keep
up or stay in shape for more learning? For instance, I took a tumble on
vacation, and I'm sure the training helped me fall lighter and not be as
injured (nice scab on knee, wanna see?) How about a mental exercize for
the week? I mean, some mental thing to think of if when we are not
actively in training at the moment. I don't want to quit learning, just
because I'm out of class a while............ Emery (formerly at Ann Arbor
and miss it!)
