You may try "reframing" the problem so that it looks more like an
opportunity or challenge than "Stress."
Ex: "Walking into a gym" for the first time, stressful, can be if one
chooses to experience it that way, but think of all the possibilities for
learning a new way of exercising, meeting other people, new experiences,
etc ad infinitum.
